This is a newly constructed house in the countryside 15 minutes from Ronda. It has an enclosed garden with newly laid lawns and trees.
The pool is fully tiled and has a full filtration system. The front terrace looks out over the pool and has views to Ronda and the surrounding mountains and is furnished with rattan chairs and sofa. There are several bar/restaurants within walking distance.
The house is newly furnished in the local style and all of the domestic appliances are new. The sitting room/diner and kitchen are open plan and comprise of a sofa and armchairs around a fireplace. For dining there is a table with six chairs. The kitchen area is a equipped with 4 ring gas hob, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer.
There are three bedrooms off the central hallway. One has a double bed and the others have two single beds each, in one room being placed together. All of the bedrooms have new beds and chairs and a small bureau. The bathroom is fully tiled with all new fittings and comprises of bath/shower, toilet, bidet and basin. Villa La Paz is a very tidy and well equipped house which offers good access to Ronda and is situated in one of the best rural locations near the town.
Chalet independiente, terminado de construir en Julio del 2001. Posee un espacio de 700m² rodeados por un seto, para darle mayor intimidad. Tiene césped, árboles, terraza con barbacoa, y piscina con depuradora.
La casa consta de un gran Salón, Cocina con chimenea, ámplio cuarto de baño con ventana al exterior, 3 Dormitorios con grandes ventanas y calefacción, uno de ellos con cama de matrimonio y los otros dos con dos camas individuales de 105 cms cada uno, lo cual le da una capacidad para 6 o 7 personas. ventanas en madera y con rejas, dan amplias vistas al exterior.
Totalmente equipada con Televisión, agua caliente por gas butano, hornilla encimera de gas con cuatro fuegos, horno eléctrico, lavadora y nevera combi. La limpieza y cambio de ropa de hogar se hace una vez por semana si la estancia es superior a 7 días
Su situación en una colina le proporciona unas magníficas vistas de Ronda, de la sierra y del Valle llamado "Llano de la Cruz". Se encuentra a 7 Km de Ronda con acceso totalmente asfaltado. Muy cerca del chalet existen tres "Ventas", restaurantes con excelentes comidas. Su entorno es muy agradable, sobre todo en las noches de verano.
